Dr. Jiyi Guo, founder and Chief Executive Officer of Avtran Medical Systems (AMS). Dr. Guo started his career in the medical equipment supply business in 1991 with US Surgical Corporation prior to founding Avtran Medical Systems (AMS). With more than five decades of managerial experience in the medical equipment supply business, he has grown Avtran Medical Systems into one of the global leading distributors of surgical supplies and robotic surgery devices.
Dr. Guo is recognized for his outstanding achievements and has received numerous awards for research, teaching, and service from foundations, government, professional societies, industry, university, and student organization.
